Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, there are steps at front entrance. There is a level entrance at the rear so the property may be suitable for the less mobile, but is not wheelchair friendly. Note: Property set back from an A-road, some traffic noise will be heard when outdoors.
